Our Mission
The RennerVation Foundation is dedicated to serving children in foster care and at-risk youth by providing them with a safe haven and targeted programs to develop their skills, confidence and opportunities.

We believe that every child deserves a chance to thrive and reach their full potential, regardless of their circumstances. Through a combination of mentorship, educational support, and enrichment programs, we strive to empower these youth to overcome challenges and build a brighter future.

Jeremy Renner
Jeremy is an award-winning actor and dedicated philanthropist who founded the organization in 2023 to provide meaningful opportunities for children in the foster care system. Known for roles in The Hurt Locker, The Avengers, and Mayor of Kingstown, it’s important for Jeremy to use his platform to give back. Through the Foundation, he is committed to providing enriching experiences and the resources needed to empower young people to thrive and dream.

Rory Millikin
Rory is a father and serial entrepreneur whose inventions and patents have been licensed by global brands, including McDonald’s and George Foreman. He is the founder of one of the largest adaptogen mushroom growers in Canada and co-creator, co-executive producers, and co-host of the Disney+ series Rennervations alongside Jeremy Renner – the show that ultimately inspired the launch of RennerVation Foundation.

Deborah Hayward
I was drawn to the RennerVation Foundation because its mission aligns closely with my passion for supporting foster and at risk youth. After years in the corporate world, I wanted to dedicate this next chapter to giving back, and through my work as a CASA, I’ve seen firsthand the difference that advocacy and support can make in a child’s life.

Kym Renner
Kym serves as Deputy Director at the LA County Department of Children and Family services, the largest child welfare system in the country. With more than 24 years of experience in child welfare, she brings incredible expertise and innovative strategies to support children and families. Grounded in professional experience and a personal connection the Foundation, Kym leads with a commitment to creating hope and opportunity for future generations.

Shana Rogers
Shana brings over 15 years of experience working with children & families, most recently serving as a Foster Parent Licensing Specialist with the Nevada Division of Child and Family Services. She has extensive training in trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, & navigating complex systems to ensure children receive the support they deserve. A Reno native, she is deeply committed to improving outcomes for youth, & advocates against human trafficking through education & community awareness.

Jessica Sferrazza
Jessica Sferrazza is an accomplished public servant & community leader based in Reno, Nevada. She has been deeply involved in public life for many years, most notably serving twelve years on the Reno City Council representing Ward 3. During her tenure, she focused on
economic development initiatives, revitalizing neglected areas of the city, promoting affordable housing, & streamlining governmental services.
